Lisa is just so amazing at what she does!!

I thought it would take massive action to get results, but instead she helped me identify the small things I could do and WAS WILLING to do! This made it easy and fun to make progress.

She never was never demanding or judgmental or telling me what to do but instead she helped me discover the next steps with her so I was still the pilot on my own journey.

If you are looking to make some health changes (relationship, habits, dealing with stress of being a leader, etc.) I can’t recommend Lisa and Mindfully Aware Health enough!!
