Really pleased with the product. I was a little concerned that I hadn't heard anything about delivery, and had read some negative reviews which made me nervous, but emailed the contact address and got a response the next day advising me that the product was due to be delivered in the next couple of days, which it was.

In all my years of developing houses and doing building works, this is genuinely the most unprofessional, unresponsive and poor company I have purchased from. The website says they will dispatch in 1-3 days. Not a chance, we’ve had 2 deliveries and they have been 5-7 weeks for both. Their response to emails is also very slow.

Very very poor all round and genuinely shouldn’t be selling as totally unreliable.

Initially I had good service from this company whereby I had an immediate response when my order went through. As soon as it arrived I realised the colour didn’t match the rest of my fittings. Customer service went down hill from there.. several emails later, I was just asking for a return note to safely send it back. Eventually got a response - needed returning within 14 days. I sent it back by tracked signed for Royal Mail service. It arrived. 13 days later I emailed to ask when I might receive my refund, expecting a courtesy email to say when that would be.. still waiting for a response. Products are fine after sales and customer service not good IMO

Awful customer service, ordered a shower screen from them, the screen was fit to the manufacturer instructions but it started leaking, removed and refit and sealed every possible place I ould but it still lets water out, coa have been taking weeks to answer my emails, meanwhile the leak is causing damage to my bathroom floor,I'm now going to have to pay more money to rectify the situation,just a reply emails to tell me what's happening would be good.
