I wasn't sure what to expect when my sister suggested trying out a life coach and a colleague of hers that works for AWS told her about Jack. For me, I was willing to try anything different as I found traditional therapy to not addressing what I felt needed addressing.

I would say the thing that struck me most with Jack is the way I felt at ease chatting. There's no commitment to just start off the conversation and figure out what it is your looking for and if coaching is right for you. My 1 hour introduction, turned into an hour and half and it could have went into a further 30 minute session if it needed too.

What I learned with Jack was to challenge my circumstances and to rise to the occasion of the season of life I found myself in. There was a lot of fascinating topics and numerous tools and techniques to figure out. And when I felt particularly low, I could call and he'd help put me to ease again.

I'm sad that the sessions are officially over, but I have clearer head and direction of what I want and where I'm going. I'm looking forward to touching base in the future with how things have progressed.

If you have found traditional therapy or other practices haven't helped you, give Jack a try. I think you just might find the clarity and help you need with him!
