F45 is such a fantastic place to workout. I had never really workout before joining here, I started with modification to almost all the movements. When I first started I did not even know how to workout. The coaches are great and showed me proper posture and helped me get stronger and better. The people at the gym also helped push me and keep motivated. I happy to say that after 8 months of going to this gym I can now do almost everything. I’m thankful for F45 and can’t even believe it took me this long to join.

F45 Upper East Side. Is the perfect space to work out safely with coaches to correct your posture and movements during the entire work out. The energy of the studio is like no other place in Miami the management and your team members will make you feel like you are part of the family.

This gym is great for all fitness levels. I joined again after quarantine and felt completely out of shape and had no endurance. I love that the work out is only 45 minutes and you have a coach who gives you a personal training experience. With the help of the coaches and team environment I was able to perfect my form, get through the workouts and after 1 month feel a lot stronger. Loving the classes and now go 4 times a week!

I have been working out for a year now and i love it, the classes are always different which keeps me challenged. the coaches have great energy, and encourage me to try harder, i have come a long way in my fitness level since i first started. the people in the classes are very friendly and social, very positive vibe! the music is upbeat and keeps you working. The gym is the cleanest i have ever seen.. they are cleaning constantly, even while you are working out! i love this place! All my coworkers have joined F45 and workout together, we go everyday after work and the weekend too. We are addicted!!

Update: During the pandemic this studio went above and beyond! It’s been a safe and healthy place to keep my energy and immune system up. I highly recommend it!

I have been training in F45 upper east side a little over 2 years, I am a veteran and loyal member for this studio! Every work out is different, challenging myself and taking my body to the extreme, however the coach make everything so easy, safe and fun. Owners, staff and teammates take care of the facility and equipment to the perfection, specially in this difficult time, they have implemented a great system that keep us Safe! I love my studio. They help and encourage me to stay healthy and reach my goals according to my needs, pushing me to give my best; extremely professionals! Thank you Team! Let’s keep together my F45 upper east side family!

Amazing workout, great trainers, clean place. They're supportive without being pushy (a BIG deal for me). Also, the workouts REALLY are functional. As a Dad-to-be in a couple of months, I've been carrying a lot things from the registry... and... it really has helped me. The other day I carried this huge box and it was a comfortable lift for me because of my workouts here. I love Orange Theory and I still go from time to time, but F45 (especially this location) is my new go-to.

I absolutely love this studio! Coaches are very professionals, help me to reach my goal with no injuries, challenges me to always give more do the best results. Excellent equipment, fun music, great workouts, it will be a never bored.This studio is wonderful all staff and team members always make you feel like home, support me not only during work out but also outside, I made great friends.

Love this place: clean, never boring, great sound track for work out, and varied work out programming. F45 is the Uber or Amazon of gyms: using all the technology they can to prevent us from wasting out time thinking and instead they keep us moving. Eddie is funny, Maribel is super friendly (coaches), and overall the gym is a welcoming one. I tried it out and gave up on my old gym membership. PS: and I get done working out in 45 minutes!
