I absolutely love coming to Crunch located in Trinity FL. Every time I walk in the staff is so welcoming and friendly. The gym is always kept clean and I enjoy the positive atmosphere! I was able to make new friends and reach my fitness goals.

Every time I go to the gym I go excited knowing that I have a ball full of energy called “Mara” waiting on the other side to great me with nothing but excitement and kindness. Coming to the gym was scary but her (along with the rest of the staff *Shoutout Jorge*) have been the best team we’ve been ever able to come across. Thank you Crunch !

I just started working out at Crunch in Trinity. The staff is fantastic and the facility is incredible with lots of equipment and no waiting!
What I am most impressed with is how clean the gym is. It is impeccable. I spoke with two of the primary staff members that I see each day maintaining the gym - Carmen and Paul. Not only do they do a fantastic job, but they were very gracious that I stopped to talk with them to applaud their work.
If you want a clean gym with lots of equipment and a great staff - Crunch Trinity is for you!

I had a disappointing experience with personal training at this Crunch location. They entice you with a limited-time promotion, offering an initial $10 session, but once you commit and pay for a package, it feels like a bait-and-switch.

I was assigned a trainer, Warren, who failed to show up for two of my scheduled sessions. Despite this, I accommodated his cancellations and adjusted my schedule to make things work. When I arrived 10 minutes late to one of the rescheduled sessions, he greeted me with, “You’re late again,” completely ignoring the fact that he had missed two sessions himself.

When I responded, “I won’t be late when you show up for my appointments,” his attitude became dismissive and unprofessional, revealing a lack of care or accountability. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying a significant amount of money for personal training services.

If you’re a middle-aged person looking for a supportive environment to work on your fitness goals, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. My experience with this trainer—and the lack of professionalism displayed—has left me very disappointed.

This gym is excellent. The staff are fantastic, the equipment is all new, the restrooms are very clean, and the classes are a lot of fun! I'm disappointed that I moved to a different state and there's no Crunch Fitness near my new home. I also want to express my gratitude to Sebastian, who kindly assisted me with my membership cancellation after I forgot to cancel it before moving.

Best gym in Pasco. It's always clean and not too busy. I can always get on the equipment I want. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, especially the operations manager Rain! You all are awesome!

This place is amazing!!! Sam and Steve are amazing. They always know the right thing to do and are so knowledgeable and just plain fun to be around. The staff here is always friendly and the music is on point everyday!!! Their classes are amazing as well.

Love this gym! Good vibes always. Ask for the trainer Cam if you are looking for one. He’s very knowledgeable and actually cares an loves to help people improve. Been working with him for a while. He saw me on the punching bag and made my day with a new pair of gloves god bless that man
