Cheryl is one of the most caring people I have ever met. She takes such a deep interest in what others are saying and is an enthusiastic listener. Always. Her ability to listen for an hour, synthesize information and provide spot-on impactful feedback is incredible. She has coached me in both a group setting and a one-on-one environment, and her focus, insights, and commitment are 10/10 through and through. I attribute so much of my strategic thinking, mindset and learning objectives to her and the support she has given me.

I don't think I can put into words how much I value this coaching. As a founder and CEO of a SME I found it hard to really feel confident in my current role and the bigger role I knew I needed to fill as my company grows. I felt like I spent considerable time working on myself through personal development, but it wasn't enough, something was missing. Turns out what I was missing was Epiphany Coaching from Cheryl.

I can't express how meaningful this coaching has been to my professional and personal growth. It's important to note the personal growth, as I pursued this coaching for professional reasons, but the consequence has been far more holistic and has really helped me reflect, stabilize and grow personally, along with professionally. Calm and confident are two consequences of this coaching, where I really feel good about my current contributions and the steps I'm taking to grow into a bigger role in my organization.

When I started this coaching I admit, I was a little lost, not knowing what I needed to do next to succeed in my role. After working with Cheryl and Epiphany coaching I'm now in a very good place.

Cheryl listens intently, empathizes with my position, probes with thoughtful questions and helps me think differently about problems or next steps. There's incredible intent from Epiphany coaches on what direction or resources I'm given, but I especially appreciate that through asking the right questions and helping me direct my own thoughts, I often have these light bulb moments that trigger the development I need from within myself. I think this is what's really special about this coaching, the ability to help me solve my own challenges, that I couldn't solve on my own.

If you've read this through I hope you appreciate how worthwhile I believe this service is based on the effort I put into this review :), 5 stars doesn't give enough credit for how valuable I believe this coaching is.
