Barbara coached my son for six months as he was struggling with organization and managing his ADHD in the workplace as a new college graduate. The systems and strategies that she taught him were invaluable, and I know will serve him for the rest of his life. He is facing a difficult situation right now with the status of his job, yet instead of catastrophizing, he is rationally evaluating the problem and being solution-focused. Barbara has done an amazing job working with my daughter. My daughter has ADHD and was having major struggles in school. I’ve worked with several life coaches over the years, but Barbara was definitely the most exceptional. Before I stared working with her, I had just lost a job I really liked, was working a depressing temp job, and my mental health collapsed as it felt like life was taking its toll on me. Then, Barbara entered the picture and everything changed. She got through to me like no other coach I’ve worked with. Having someone who understands the brain of a person with ADHD goes such a long way with identifying the cause of problems, introducing new strategies to correct them, and creating a healthier lifestyle in the long run. After 6 months of working with her, I became a more motivated, productive, driven person, stepped up as a better leader, and landed my first full-time job after 3 years of endless apps. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone struggling with their life/unhappy with where they are. She is the best!
