My 1st sober Christmas! Best care I've ever received on my mental health journey. Samra is deeply caring, genuine & encouraging. She made sobriety personally relevant for me & helped me find healing through meaning. Not sure I would've given rehab a chance without her help & encouragement. She really shifted my focus from my failures to my goals. Always nonjudgmental & kind. I know the journey is far from over but I'm celebrating small wins. God bless!

Excellent provider! Dr Gordon is fantastic. She cares. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and provides a course of treatment considering the patient's needs and progress that is thoughtful and results oriented. She considers the patient holistically and does not do a "one size fits all" approach that others might do considering the volume of patients. The patient feels valued and listened to.

I live in Parker but was scheduled to see someone for meds in CO Springs. When they finally scheduled me at the right clinic, I had to wait almost 3 weeks. That part was really frustrating. But Ovid said this 2000 years ago: "If a woman's beautiful, she overthrows our sense of measure." I was incapable of staying angry once I met my Psych-NP (Samra Mersha). She was wonderful in all aspects. I was surprisingly open about certain issues I've never discussed before. In the past, my appointments felt like a quick drive-through car wash, but this one felt like a full detailing. A great listener and quite thorough! Very happy with my experience!

I’m so grateful for Samra. She sees both my kids. Every appointment improves some aspect of their lives. I used to have to drag them to their appointments with Dr. Morley, now they remind me of their appointments. I appreciate her approach. Both of my kids are no longer on sleep meds because she worked on their sleep routine. School attendance used to be huge issue, which is now a thing of the past. There’s nothing she’s not willing to tackle. As parents we feel incredibly lucky!

I came here for TMS for severe anxiety and agoraphobia. They were out of network with my insurance and it took several months to get approved. Once starting and during the process I had no changes. We tried doing the anxiety protocol and still no changes. Not once did I have anyone really follow up with me to see how I was doing. Just the tech and the assesment questions which showed no improvement. I started having some dizziness and more anxiety to come. I missed a few sessions. I couldnt make my last 3 sessions due to anxiety. Still had no supervisor follow up to see how I was doing or why I missed my sessions or why I stopped showing up. I asked to see maybe and therapist there or a psychiatrist and didn't feel they made much effort to get me set up with one. I was chaged 2 times I missed my appointments. I will add Sean was great. but I feel the whole process and facility isn't as good or professional as I was hopping for and they didn't follow up as well as they should have especially for how expensive Tms costs.
