Coleen is a very gifted body and energy worker. I have done of 3+ Access Bars sessions with her, each more profound than the last. In addition to being an incredibly warm and welcoming spirit, her space is zen, clean and professional -- a very nice place to conduct this body of work. As far as the work itself goes, sharing my personal experience, Access Bars is a mind-blowing modality. I can't say enough positive things about it. My first session, it literally felt like unnecessary files in my brain were being removed and shredded, like when you empty the Trash Bin on your computer. I went for the fourth or fifth session the other day and we tried something new -- I spoke about my dreams and desires in the present tense as she ran the Bars. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the difference in who I woke up as the next day was a dramatic, noticeable overall improvement in my well-being. I have been more motivated, more positive, have more energy and higher self-esteem, all things I included in my list of dreams/desires during our work together. I have not yet tried Psych-K with Coleen, but I'm sure it is just as profound. If you feel energetically, emotionally or mentally stuck or stagnant, book with Coleen as soon as you can.

Just like many people, as a child I didn’t receive very positive subconscious habits and beliefs from parents and my environment. As a result, most of my thoughts throughout the day were negative, redundant, and self-sabotaging.
