I have been going here for a few months now. The staff is wonderful, kind, and caring. I recently had a fainting spell and they took care of me like I as their family. They offered to drive me home, contacted my husband and would not let me leave until they were certain I was ok to drive providing I call them as soon as I got home. The staff I feel really care about my overall health and make sure I do the exercises correctly. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach in South County!!

Love this place. Quick and efficient workout! The hours are great to accommodate a variety of schedules. Owners are extremely kind and the staff is great. I love going here, I feel stronger and more able to handle my physically demanding job after a month of going. My clothes are also fitting better.
