Here’s the review y’all need to read yes they help me get interviews and placed me at a job fair. However, I like to follow up on jobs. They don’t help with that? Thinking they a referral to help u get into a job Really a waste of time. They have u do applications that’s it that’s all and tell u when they have hiring events. Basically everything u can do yourself. I thought it was an automatic placement if we have qualifications which I do. The staff plays favoritism, flirting with the men that came in as well. N they DO NOT answer their phones.

I found the orientation to be very helpful. The attendants working here were very helpful in directing me to where I needed to attain, and the orientation slide show was very helpful, very clear cut and provided all the information needed to understand what I am applying for and what services are being request.

Just went there today to get my work verification. Unlike other reviews mentioned here, the lady I met was super kind and helpful. I got my work done under 5 minutes when the estimated waiting time was around 30-45 minutes. Thank you Miss Kelcy!

I went here for I-9 verification. The lady at the front desk Ms. Jones was kind and mannerable. Thank God for competent people! This was a redo since the last place I went to American tetsing sites, the guy messed up the form and my HR had to resend it again.

This review is for the LaGuardia Career Center @ Elmcor office since they don't have any other branches registered on Google maps.

First of all they're very demanding with their document requirements, I had to go back a second day to bring back my passport, mind you is a 1 1/2 hr commute each way for me.

After "my identity was confirmed" I told the account manager Terri Artis that I was applying for an iT position but that I was willing to do security, or wheel chair/baggage handling and said she would get me a job as soon as possible.

This happened on 12/12/19 as today they have not found me anything and ghosted me for no reason. I've called back at least 20 times, every time they told me to try to reach Terri but she doesn't answer calls nor she would reply to emails. I even requested a different account manager but they still would send me back to Terri, obviously these people don't care about their jobs and are there just to justify their salary.

As for me I got a job in IT somewhere else and passed all background checks meaning that I'm not the problem. Stay away from CAO these people don't care about finding you a job.

An account manager will contact you to come to a location at JFK Airport and to have you call him only for you to wait there. When you text him he will send you a flyer for a job fair. Someone will eventually come out and escort you into a room where you have to do all the question asking to please clarify where Mr. Morrison is and what are the next steps. If you are looking for something full-time you will be eventually told where to go. There’s no transparency coming from them; you have to do all the question asking and then you realize you wasted your time. They are very unprofessional.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. The account manager tried to give me advice on being approachable.. said I look too serious. Don’t u want officers who are serious , take their job serious, who is military veteran, and has years or supervisor experience Guess not. Besides I don’t take advice from someone with half a shaved head and two different color hair. Luckily, another company called me up and hired me for a supervisor. Company that values u. This place is actually the middle man between the security company and u.. don’t waste ur time here. It’s faster it u go directly to the security company urself. Worst place I ever visited. Avoid this place even if ur desperate there are better options
