We came to this company for help with the plans to get a home rebuilt due to the previous home catching fire. This was a unique circumstance that we were not familiar with and all we asked after receiving a quote of $8800 was to sit down and talk with someone that can answer some of our questions prior to paying that much money. I don’t feel as though that is too much to ask considering that we don’t just have thousands of dollars to give out blindly. My request to speak to someone was completely ignored each time I asked and I constantly had to email them just to follow up. After about a month of not getting to speak to someone, we finally decided to take our business elsewhere. This was a complete waste of our time when we could have already started the process by now with a company that actually cares and wants to help us. We felt as though we were irrelevant to them and I refuse to ever work with anyone who makes me feel that way.

The actual survey was fine. However, I needed an expert witness for an adverse possession case, which is the reason for the survey. This company knew from our first communication that this was why we were hiring them. When asked to be an expert witness, they declined. I sure wish they had been upfront from the beginning that this was not a service they provide. If you need them for this...don’t hire! If you need a basic survey, they are fine.
