Now that I've eaten three meals here, my initial enthusiasm has faded a little, but COA is still a very good restaurant in my mind. Not the most flavorful and not the *most* vegetarian friendly (that honor goes to El Gitano because they have tofu on the menu) but there are some good options. The cocktails are spectacular, particularly the house margarita and the tequila sunrise. Staff are always pleasant and service is consistently excellent.

COA is fantastic! I hadn't been to the Bellingham location yet - it's fantastic. The staff is excellent as was the food. The drinks are amazing. Definitely get a Cadillac Margarita. If you have a group of 4, I recommend getting the molcajete. The chili rellanos are always top notch! It's tough to choose what to eat every time I go.

My son and I were in Bellingham looking for some good Mexican food. Based on the reviews we decided to come here and really enjoyed a nice meal. Our servers and the staff that we encountered were all very pleasant. The food was delicious.

The other day was my first time going here after my sister had been recommended trying it out. The atmosphere was awesome, great energy. The food was fantastic with very generous portion sizes, had my fill plus leftovers! The drinks were also really nice and had a very good selection of different ones to choose from. The waiter even was able to get me some spicy habanero sauce on my request. Also had many vegan and vegetarian options! Amazing service, would definitely recommend going here and I'll be back for sure!

I came here with my family the day before my birthday. The place was busy and the atmosphere is great. Lots of people are celebrating birthday's but they ran out of candles when the waiter brought my free dessert 🙄. Overall, the food and service was great. I highly recommend.

Coa Mexican Eatery is my new favorite spot for Mexican food in Bellingham! The enchiladas and burritos are delicious and authentic, and the service is friendly. Highly recommend!

After avoiding this spot since it opened (always seems so busy)!
We finally decided to give it a try, and were pleasantly suprised by perfect service and drinks!
My only wish would be for the delicious Chicken with Mole sauce to have some kick to it, everything was perfect though thank you!

The place is BUSY! We had to wait quite a bit for a table but it was worth it! I had a veggie Burrito and shared churros with a friend. Delicious!
