The service was responsive, friendly, and was happy to educate us on our dishes and the history of COA. The helper was on the ball...a great team. The chips were crunchy, thicker then normal and salt free and salsa was was mild...bland. HOWEVER, the meals were "fantabulous".
Ample servings of some tasty faire. Lots of meat...and those Peruvian beans were amazingly delicious. The atmosphere was upscale, beautiful decor and the warm colors were soothing. Nice music and not too loud. Oh yes, some strong and special coffee were a big surprise.
Go there...enjoy.

Very good atmosphere and wonderful customer service, food is so delicious and music at the background is awesome, great vibe to have a catch up meal with friends here!! 2 mains and 1 entree, dishes are huge which leave not much room on the table, impressive!

Wonderful service, decor and food! The two of us tried their Molcajete (which boiled the entire meal), and it was plentiful (enough for leftovers). Our only complaint is we wish they had cheese dip to go with their rather bland chips!

Modern, stylish, and delicious food served with smiles! Prompt service, kind folks working here, definitely felt hospitable. This place was lively on a Saturday evening, and felt fun to be at. Fuego margarita was yummy, beautiful presentation. They have unique offerings for food which is a refreshing twist on the typical Mexican-American fare. We will return.

Excellent Mexican restaurant.
Fairly priced and fair portions with amazing speed for your food to get to your table highly recommend to vegetarians you can customize your order to have no meat if you desire but the photo here is the steak fajitas which have much more than I'm the photo. It was eaten partway. Also excellent drinks (Margarita) and desserts. And free basket of chips and salsa.
Tacos are $1.50 on Tuesday.

The best restaurant ever. Celebrated our anniversary at COA La Conner. Delicious and scrumptious food and margaritas. Everything was so fresh and tasty. It’s so worth it. You are greeted with beautiful warm smiles and the service is amazing. Definitely our fav restaurant and will be back again. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

From the moment we arrived in Washington all the way from Colorado, my family couldn’t stop raving about COA! For one of our last family dinners together on this trip, we decided to set our sights high—and COA exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were in for something special.

First off, the chips arrived warm, perfectly crispy, and absolutely delicious. It’s like they were made with a little extra love. I ordered my absolute favorite—guacamole—and WOW, it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Creamy, flavorful!

But the real showstopper? The gorgeous presentation of every dish. I ordered the Tres Enchiladas with mole and green sauce—chicken, beef, and veggie. Each bite was a burst of flavor, but it was the green sauce that really stole my heart, and the beef enchilada? Perfection!

COA is now officially a must every time we visit our Washington family. It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience, and we can’t wait to come back! If you're in the area, don’t miss out—COA is truly a gem! 🌟🍽️🌶️

We were told by a local in Anacortes to come here. We came tonight on Taco Tuesday 🌮. The staff are so friendly, very attentive and just outstanding. We teased the waiter because he said the Cadillac Margaritas were good. Boy, was he right! The guacamole was good too!
