Great condo community. Very well kept and fresh paint is actually being applied to all the buildings this week. The pools are killer and so are the views. The sunset here is pretty amazing. Parking can be tricky so get there early.

I like living here but the Board does not communicate well with the owners. We should have an audit each year and haven't had one in the last four or five years. We have asked for financial statements for Eastside reserves, Westside reserves, and common ground reserves, and got no response from the Board. At the last Board meeting the word was that there was going to be a special assessment for $10,000.00 up to $14,000.00 per unit to redo the whole property, that's awfully vague for a $2,000,000.00 request. The last statement I got was that the Eastside had $300,000.00 in reserve, and the Westside had $200,000.00 in reserve, and common ground had $16,000.00. We need to have an audit to find out where those reserves are today and where it went? Thanks for reading.
