They have been a big help to me in my life. Amy has been giving me ideas on how not to be stress out on the things I can’t handle like transportation to work and back home from work. She has me do deep breathing and relaxing too. Thank you Amy.

I had my initial intake on March 22, 2024, I was supposed to get a call to schedule the next appointment the Monday after, never have. After multiple phone calls and emails, they finally replied and ask for my availability, I gave them my availability, they responded that someone will reach out to schedule the appointment, to date, May 8th, I haven’t gotten an email or a phone call.
Reading the reviews now, I am glad that I didn’t. Don’t waste your time or money, go somewhere else.

Extreme lack of communication on all parts.

Extreme lack of communication on all parts. My appointments had to be rescheduled numerous times. They were not upfront or honest about their report fees. They didn't process my claims correctly. It was the worst experience I have personally had with a mental health office. The people act nice but they do not know how to manage patients' information and/or file claims. Do not go here if you do not know the insurance game or the mental health game here in Columbus. If I wasnt knowledgeable I would have been screwed over.

Negative stars if I could. "Dr" Carol Bline is am absolute nightmare. What a joke. She did nothing for my son. Imagine my shock and amazement the day I actually get to go in there and witness first hand what his appointments were like.
I come from a family of social workers and therapists and have personally seen a real for about a year. Trust me, she is a freaking joke. A disgrace.
She cancels appointments all the time. Typically, a client will arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment, well Carol thinks it's appropriate to start 20 minutes late--and end 10 minutes early. She was eating when I was there and according to the other parent it happened all the time! The other parent did not like taking our son, thought it didn't help, but he did not know what therapy is "supposed" to be like, and let me tell you, what she has going on, this wasn't it. I was shocked when she started cleaning her desk when I was in there talking to her. Like. Shocked. I wish I could go back and flip out on her because how DARE her.
She took advantage of us during a time when we needed help the most.
Oh, and that office scammed our insurance for their "test" which there refused to give us the results unless we made yet another worthless appointment. It had been months! It doesn't take that long to get test results. I wish I could go back and report her for insurance fraud because that's what that was.
I couldn't get my son out of there fast enough! Screw the results, I wouldn't have trusted it anyway, due to the incompetency of the person who gave it.
When we switched therapists, she never transferred his records. I just told the new woman to forget it, she probably has no records!!!

If you care about your mental health or your family's, you won't go here.

Do. Not. Go. Please. Do. Not.

Not up front with costs. $200 for a small report. What? 3 canceled appointments by them. I understand people get sick (twice), one our record was misplaced, and then another time showed up for an appointment that was not recorded...found the appointment card at home later. They still saw everyone there, which was wonderful, but yet another appointment they did not have our records. Would not share our records with another psychologists office and told I could share the report after it was emailed to me. After calling twice again asking because our child is struggling really bad with a different thing I was finally told of this absolutely outlandish fee for the report..took 6 weeks before we were informed. Absolutely gutted thinking we were working as a team. Why were we not informed of the fee when asking about results being shared with another office? I do not care if we must go somewhere else and start over. Certainly shouldn't take as long to get a dx from someone else and hopefully appropriate records would be shared. Our family is going through enough and approximately 5 months in and nothing has been done towards helping our child. Obviously I am still quite frustrated. So they have our child's records, we nor our other dr office, has any access to them without this report. We looked past all the foibles (not mentioning at this time) that others had mentioned because we like her. She is nice and incredibly intelligent but at this point we can not afford $200 for the record. It is not like we had multiple appointments that we had copays going out.

The building is older thus not handicap accessible, clean, and has other offices. No elevator and steep stairs to access office. Sweet therapy dogs. Parking is good. Fairly easy to see from street and access.

I have been seeing dr. bline for the last almost 8 years and every appointment that was canceled was because she was sick and or had to have a surgery and then had to recover. Yes sometimes that could get old but I for the past 8 years have been told by my parents to fire her and guess what I won't because I understand that she is also basically in charge of her brother who has autism back in Alaska. She is the BEST and after years of suffering through other therapists that couldn't even figure out that I have autism, my mom found Carol and she has been my therapist since I was 21 when she gave me the dx that my family had been needing. She has attended county board appeal meetings for me and has always been upfront and honest. She canceled my insurance plan for her and she is now instead of charging me $300 per appointment she is only charging me $30 and has been a wonderful person. She has talked me down from several high intensity panic attacks thus saving me thousands of dollars from an emergency room visit. Personally I love that Dr.Bline is my therapist because she has helped me through so many difficult situations in my life. I now have my own independance and I like to think that is thanks to her.

If you disagree with my review I don't care because she is everything that I have written above.

Terrible experience with Carol Bline. I swear every time I visited with my son (who was her patient) she was always preoccupied... fidgeting, playing with random things, organizing/cleaning up her desk after lunch(which btw she microwaved and ate while we were sitting in the waiting room even though it was several minutes into our appointment time) She would walk through the waiting area while preparing her food and not even say hello or even acknowledge that we were sitting there. Weird.
