As part of the Organizational Development team at McGill University we have been using Coaching Ourselves to drive employee Learning and Engagement for probably close to 15 years . We have had consistent excellent feedback from our Employees and Managers on the value of these sessions. The modules are well designed to provide learning, reflection and sharing among the participants. Over the years we have packaged several modules to drive engagement around key areas of concern at the University. It is truly a fun and engaging way for employees and managers to connect around often serious topics. Managers who have used this methodology with their teams have seen improvement in team dynamics over period of time. What I love is that Coaching Ourselves team are always developing new modules and are ready to meet the needs of their clients. We are very proud and happy to be championing the use of Coaching Ourselves at McGill University.
