Really enjoyed our experience here, they were honest from the start to finish, bought from out of state and didn't have any surprises. no pressure to buy and some small issues with the rig were fixed right away. Independence RV is a Class Act Cliff, Martin, Tammy, and Justin went above and beyond for my family Making sure we got the rig that was just right for my family. Tammy took as much time as we needed to get familiar with our rig and even at delivery Chuck and Raphael took my daughter step by step to make sure we were comfortable with how to set up and maintain our rig. Cliff also set me up with an amazing insurance agent and helped get us the right fit for our needs and even now after delivery Martin is still checking in letting us know they are going to continue being there for us on our camping journey. I am thankful we lucked into Independence RV I could not imagine doing this step without the Independence family..

Great experience buying our new Brinkley Z295 from our Salesman, Malcom, to the business manager Clifton, to our delivery with Samantha Estrada. All were incredibly helpful. We also worked with sales and service and they too were helpful. I don’t think we have ever had a better buying experience. We highly recommend them.

GREAT experience today at Independence RV. Discovered one of our A/C units not operating yesterday. Of course we are leaving on a trip in 2 days. Called Independence RV and they got us in first thing this morning. Within 2 hours they were able to diagnose and replace the faulty A/C unit. Warren our service rep was superb! Highly recommend Independence RV. Thank you ALL for assisting us to get back on track for our trip!

JD Dance was our RV salesman, who we met today while searching for an RV. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We have just begun our search, but he showed us some previously owned units, as well as a new unit. We were very happy with his willingness to make us a deal. Scheduled an appt with Shane. Arrived on Friday and no appt was found. Tom (Service) jumped in and fixed it! Said he'd call on Monday with an estimate. Called early Monday morning. All repairs were done! Awesome! The only issue was I kept getting temp alerts over the weekend. Went back and found A/C was off. Turned it back on. After repairs were effected, temp alerts resumed. Talked to Tom and he said it was policy not to have A/C on with unoccupied RVs, UNLESS it was a DutchStar model or above (ours is a Ventana). I said we had wine, now ruined, in our RV, and had previously mentioned this. He said again it was policy and we could come pick up our RV (we left it after repairs for a couple of extra days). Why does the model matter when Independence has a " plethora of outlets" according to staff?
