In the empathic communication course, it was clear that Liberty has a huge breadth of knowledge and experience on the subject. Their adept mix of storytelling, well-illustrated concepts, mindfulness and experiential exercises led me to feel a sense of deeply nourishing learning, and I have come away from the course with a hunger for more learning and practice of empathic communication. In addition to this wonderful course, I have experienced Liberty's social media posts as welcoming, informative, and uplifting, even when talking from a perspective critical of the oppressive nature of some of what is status quo. Liberty has developed capacities and skills that are badly needed today, in my opinion, and one of their skills is teaching and facilitation.
