Burn Boot Camp Apopka is an awesome gym. Not only are the workouts always changing to keep things fresh, they’re tough and push you to be stronger. JonNiece and Katia not only care about the workouts, they truly care about you as an individual and want to see you succeed. They help you with your form and even offer focus meetings to help with nutrition and fitness goals. The community that comes with the gym is unmatched. Working out with people who are on the same path as you and encouraging you is a great feeling. You’re not just getting great workouts, you’re getting so much more. I’m so glad to be part of the Burn community, especially Burn Boot Camp Apopka.

The trainers are the best always available and on top making sure you are doing your excercises the correct way and also help you with any nutritional tips. You can have a one on one meeting any time to any consultation and they help you to stay on track with your goals.

I often have reservations and feel intimidated about doing this type of workout and before coming here I didn't know what capable I was.... At a regular gym I always felt foolish cause I didn't know what was doing. However this gym is nothing but encouraging and never EVER intimidating at the best part you get an amazing workout in 45 minutes.
Plus the owners are lovely and always there ready to help... where else do you get that? They also have free child care.

I took advantage of their promotional rate for a month and realized in as little as a month my clothes and body started to fit and look better. All the trainers, Joniece, Sky and Katia are exceptional and kind, constantly pushing you and correcting your form when needed. This location is kept very clean and child care is included with your membership, which is another plus for me.

I joined Burn Boot Camp six weeks ago. From the moment I set foot in the gym, Katia, Skye and JonNiece have been nothing but encouraging and the perfect kind of drill trainers! The ladies at the front desk are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have met some lovely campers that I hope will become good friends. The workouts are different every single day. You never know what you’re gonna get one day you could be running and jumping like a maniac the next day you pushing and pulling. But every single workout you leave feeling accomplished and really, really good. Thank you so much Katia for bringing this to the community.
