Extremely love everyone we work with here at the center!! I'd go into detail about why we come but I choose to not because it's my children they work with! But they only take Medicaid for children so adults have to go through their actual insurance and they have diff professionals that take diff forms of insurance so just call and ask but they work with diff times and I think they even have a few that can do off site sessions.

This place is ok.. a little unorganized. I went for couple counseling and our counselor canceled twice on us. Both times I was never notified that she cancelled on me until I walked in for my appointment. First time she was at a wedding, second time training. I checked voicemail, and email, nothing to support her notifying either of us. Really frustrating. I went because it was free with Employee Assistance Program through work, so free, but a little disheartening. Check with your employer for EAP programs, not only for marriage trouble, but substance abuse and alcohol abuse. I didnt know that.

Rescheduled twice for a virtual and on the 3rd try, no contact and no answer. They obviously do not care about people if they refuse to keep appointments and won't even give a reason.

This is the worst place ever to take children the counselor do not care I went first time assessment was ok and we set up weekly appt and we went to 2 nd appt and we get there and the counselor is leaving he forgot about the appt we then went again next week and wasn’t even there no call no nothing for disappointing theses are people who are supposed care they don’t
