Coach is one of the best places for designer bags ever and I mean every coach store or outlet. I'm a 35 year old woman and own a few of coach purses. I love them cause of the name the steardy handles and bag. If taken care of they last a life time. So I just want to say thank you coach for being in business.

Absolutely, the rudest customer service ever, I think they were racist extremely profiling us as Mexicans. They didn’t even want to sell us any bags. We are too young Mexicans. I was trying to ask about a bag that when I called, they said that they could sell it to me and when I go in person, they said it’s against their policy.

Michael Kors has way much better workers and they value their customers

The staff at this store is fantastic! I needed a special gift for my daughter and was leaving the country in 2 days. The nearest store was close to 100mi away but my husband was going near there so I called the store and they suggested I complete an order online with in-store pickup. I placed the order and called them back to let them know. Over the next hour, I received 3 additional calls from the incredible staff letting me know when they received the online order, when they had it ready and after my husband picked it up! I can't say enough about their customer service, it was amazing! I am definitely going there in person after my trip to thank them!

The 1 star is not for the collection they own. That is fantastic. This 1 star is for waiting in a que at billing counter. There were so many associates helping me with the variety for products but when I was ready for check out, which btw I was just second in line, the Coach associate was helping just one customer to check out which took almost 20 mins. I did not get it., why was there just one associate helping? Why the other associate did not rush to help me check out faster? It was frustrating as being pregnant they did not care about customers after all, or they all were having there strict work shift policies but I am definitely not going to this store ever again.

I went in there in a little bit of a rush ⏳ and Braedon was kind enough to walk?‍♂️ with me and discuss options. We got different sizes gathered and then walked around some more to ensure I made up my mind ?. We do know buying purses is a difficult task ?. He listened to my concerns and interests and made AWESOME recommendations for me ? I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. The store was conveniently located by I-25 so getting on the highway was a breeze. The store was tidy and organized. The staff was so NICE ?and very personal with each customer who walked in ?. I will definitely return for my fall ? bag. Great service and beautiful store!
P.S they have a signed posted at the register about Military discounts. I'm glad I was reminded to use it there ! Thank you COACH❤.

Came to the store 13 min to close and apparently they don’t let anyone in the store within 15 min of close (but they don’t say that anywhere). All I needed was a wallet replacement for the exact same one I already have and the dude at the door was extremely rude to me. I don’t live anywhere near this store and was just on my way back from being in Denver so was hopeful I could just run in and grab the wallet within 5 min and explained that to the dudes at the door but they were not helpful or understanding. Very disappointed as I love my wallet and loved the people helping me at the original store I bought it at.

Super nice, clean, and welcoming environment. I actually had a pick up order but took a little time to shop around as well. I wish I knew the employee who helped me (he had white gauges) he was super helpful and friendly. I was speaking with him about it being a gift for my husband. He took the time to compare a couple products etc as I had some questions. He even helped me get a box and a wrapping bow around it! I also came back in about a week later looking for something in stock and he remembered me, my previous purchase, who it was for and asked me about it! I love that and it’s excellent service that he remembered. Next time I need to check out some of the shoes, they were catching my eye!
