I’ve visited this office twice and both times the staff has been helpful and my work got done smoothly. The ambiance of habitat centre, where this office is situated in Core 6A, 1st Floor, is just amazing. Full of greenery and the sunshade roof over the courtyard is just beautiful and casts a beautiful shadow. My visit here has been a nice experience. Won’t mind coming here again.

I'd love to offer my services and improve the COA office by FIRST learning every department and their roles and responsibilities and then PICKING up calls and helping people out with their queries. I had applied for an updated hardcopy of my registration by paying the fees and by sending my original outdated registration certificate. I still did not receive it yet as I had mentioned that it is URGENT in a letter but the word urgent word doesn't matter to them anyhow.

I ve been trying to get a duplicate registration certificate for the longest time now. I ve done all the formalities, and sent all documents by post. The staff at the registration line that picks up the phone is very very rude and cuts the call on my face. He tries to divert to another department but no one picks up the call at the dipatch or renewal line. I have sent mails also for which there is no reply. The way the queries are handled is pathetic, especially the man who is in charge of answering call in the registration line. It would be great if a number of someone responsible is given, so that we don't have to suffer every time we seek something from the department.

Very poor experience. Interfaced with them as a student, as an architect and as a professor. COA should be merged with Ministry of Education and only given duties relevant to suggesting minimum course content for B.Arch degrees. Hopefully future leadership will steer it in the right direction.

I have been trying to reach out to COA on the mentioned Delhi number. Its very unfortunate that despite having 30 lines my calls are going unanswered. In this world of technology were in things move pretty quickly its very embarrassing to see that there is no one to answer our calls.
