I was appealing an case . The justices did not read one word of my Brief. The Defendant did not file a Brief . They noted they took into consideration the parties argument so apparently they had ex parte communication because the Defendant did not file one word to the court.

The argument was with me and the First Court of Appeals JUSTICES in which because they were the decision makers it was an unfair fight.

I AM going to be protesting if you been discriminated AGAINST contact me.

The justices protected the Hispanics - they did not read one word in my Brief.

An Attorney lied that she was associated for the lead attorney - the justiced knew she lied and protected because she is not an AFRICAN AMERICAN.

The Defendant pretended they couldn't speak English is which they spoke English as well as I do -they used a Translator that acted as Attorney . She would say she could not translate certain questions because it would hurt her CLIENTS.( THIS BEHAVIOR IN WHICH LED TO THE APPEAL).

In addition the jury former was illerate she could not even spell words like as- the First Court of Appeals allowed this behavior.

The First Court of Appeals protect those Hispanics.

In 2024 it's beyond ridiculous for discrimination.

The original appeal was assigned to that corrupted Judge Manpreet ( make sure you remember her name so we can vote her office).

She Held the Defendant Attorney in Contempt for repeatedly failing to obey discovery the case was over she then pretended she did not grant the Default Judgement and then granted a Summary of Judgement in behalf of the Hispanics.

It was all in writing.

Remember her name we must vote her out of office.

As an African Americans the other races has went from killing blacks with knee's, dragging blacks with vehicles NOW DENYING US DUE PROCESS OF THE COURT.

IF JUDGES CAN'T RESPECT PRO SE CHANGED THE LAWS.

I CHALLENGE EVERYONE TO VOTE .

THERE IS NOT ONE BLACK JUSTICE IN FIRST COURT OF APPEALS OR FOURTEENTH COURT OF APPEALS THATS INJUSTICE.

GO VOTE.

WHEN YOU SEE THEIR NAMES ON THE BALLOT VOTE FOR THE OPPOSITION.

IN 2024 JUSTICES DISCRIMINATING IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS.

THEY DID NOT READ ONE WORD - THEY IGNORED THE FACTS TO PROTECT THE HISPANICS.

IN ADDITION THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE BLACK CLERKS.

LETS SHOW THESE JUSTICES WITH OUR VOTE WE WANT TOLERATE DISCRIMINATION.
