However, the lack of clear instructions during workouts and poor background music detract from the experience, leading to confusion, even with a small group.

Additionally, the challenging parking situation, compounded by heavy traffic, presents an inconvenience for members in this bustling area.

This gym membership is a game-changer. You can hit the gym every day, targeting different muscle groups so your body gets the rest it needs while you stay active. The Lionheart heart rate monitor turns your workouts into a fun and competitive experience. Even though it’s a busy spot, parking is never an issue with plenty of spaces available both in the front and back.

Pro tip: Go early in the morning to kickstart your day. The sessions are a quick 45 minutes, and on Saturdays, you get a full hour. The high-energy music keeps you motivated, and I love doing my reps to the beat to stay consistent.

The gym has different themes and exercises every week, so you never get bored and are always challenged. You don’t have to think about the exercises – the pods, stations, and flow are very organized. There are numbers on the floor for each station, and TVs on the wall show your progress and demo the exercises in case you forget how the trainer demonstrated them or zone out. It’s like a factory of 45-minute workouts.

When I got injured during a softball game, they put my membership on hold until I was ready to return – a real class act. If you used to be physically active or athletic, this place is perfect for reigniting that spark. The only downside? You get attached to the trainers, and when they leave, it feels like losing a friend. But that’s a small price to pay for the benefits.

I highly recommend this gym. I’ve already clocked in 130 sessions and am on track for 200 and more. It’s the best investment in my health and well-being.

A shout out to Jody, the owners must know this coach is the soul of that studio. I have been in gyms over 30 years and never encountered a coach that encourages and gives professionally as much as Jody does. The studio would never be the same without her. Thank you Jody!

The club is great and trainers are great too. The only thing i didn't like is how tough they make it for you to cancel the subscription. I was told I can cancel anytime but that isn't true. I have been calling them since 10 days to cancel but not even a single call back and they want to charge me for a month more.

Happy to be the first to review this amazing studio! First off, Matt and the team could not be more welcoming and helpful. I was excited that a F45 studio was opening up within walking distance of my apartment. They ran free outdoor workouts at the fountain of the Shops of Pembroke Gardens every Wednesday leading up to the opening of their brick and mortar studio. I must say, for a free workout, they were indeed challenging ! I would reach out to them on social media and they were (and still are) extremely quick to respond with any question I had. The studio opened a week ago, and I am blown away at how awesome everything is! They do not pressure you into any memberships you may not be able to afford, or are simply just not ready for. They could not have done a better job getting their studio out there, and the staff is hands down GREAT!!!!!!! I cannot recommend this studio enough!
