Suzanne is a terrific fitness coach. She listens carefully to her clients fitness level and crafts a program that is both age appropriate and capability appropriate. She pays attention to stretching, cardio, and overall well being. One also has the confidence that she will monitor your program and tweak it as need be.

What differentiates Suzanne from others is her approach to meeting you where you are and working with you to get you to your goals. She listens, observes and arrives each week with an updated circuit to keep our sessions interesting, fun and evolving. I have been working with Suzanne for over three years. I have done a mix of both in-person and virtual personal training sessions with her over time. She is absolutely wonderful. I work with her multiple times per week and she is always prepared with a workout that is tailored to my specific physical needs. The workouts are varied, have the appropriate level of difficulty, and are always individualized. It is clear that Suzanne is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer/coach and works hard to continuously hone her craft. I have seen significant, positive results in my time working with Suzanne. On a personal level, she is warm, kind, friendly, and extremely reliable. I can not recommend Suzanne highly enough!

I consulted with Suzanne for both health and nutrition guidance. She is thorough, engaged, and takes a very individualized approach. The daily stretches she suggested have improved my chronic back aches (caused by sitting at a computer all day). We also discussed strategies to reduce body fat and I was ecstatic to learn this did not require super high heart rate anaerobic activity or starvation. But, the greatest impact on my life has been to eat carbohydrates without feeling guilty! Prior to my consult with Suzanne, I was experiencing sluggish afternoons, and reduced motivation to get up and get moving. By adding healthy bread, some fruit and grains back to my diet, my energy level has skyrocketed. She also calculated my daily calorie goal, and I have been amazed at the results from simply cutting 200 calories a day. Suzanne is highly knowledgeable about nutrition and has helped me shed outdated ideas about eating. Her feedback was extremely comprehensive and specifically tailored to my personal goals and lifestyle.
