This was my first time donating blood. I am glad it was with the staff at Gulf Coast Regional. The ladies were exceptional! I was a little nervous and they put my mind at ease. They made me laugh. They clearly cared about my well-being. It was an easy process. They made sure I felt well before, during and after donating.

I go to the Sugar Land center. I was there yesterday, although they were busy, Vanessa checked me in and was very helpful. Bay, was my technician and also very helpful. All there were nice, professional and helpful. I always go there and this time was exceptional.

I haven’t been able to donate Phalets & RBC in a long time finally everything was perfect. My screener was Kennedi she was awesome and her first time there. My Phlebotomist was Nicole she’s one of the best. I have been donating at West Chase Blood Center for a very long time. I will definitely continue to donate as long as I can. They all are the very best team they make you feel special.

Update 3-16-24:
Casy has become the expert in my veins. While other may hesitate, knowing how difficult my veins can be, Casy, without fail jumps in, sticks me, and I have a successful donation. He is the best of the best. He sets an example that all the GCRBC should follow. He needs a raise and some paid time off to spend with Stella. Arf arf! ?

I have been donating here for over 20 years. This is my second family. Shai at the reception desk is absolutely the best at everything she does. From her radiant smile to her amazing personality to her perfect care of every donor every minute of their experience. She is knowledgeable about every aspect of the donation process, quick to get you to the screening room and the highlight of every donation experience.

Shai has such expertise and demeanor she should be promoted, given a raise, and some paid time off as a reward.

They make it incredibly difficult to donate here. By god if you forget your password. Jesus christ, good luck getting anyone on the phone either. Terrible customer service, their login page hardly works. It's so difficult here that i am about to go somewhere else to pay $80 for them to remove my blood and just throw it away. You'd think they would try to have incentives to help folks save lives. Dear god, fix your selves, this is ridiculous.

I had a great experience at the neighborhood donation center off of 1960 and Cutten earlier this month. Joselyn was really nice and my phlebotomist Javier was awesome. He was very friendly, making it a wonderful experience. I appreciate him telling me about the Dig World promo they were having, too. Would recommend to go to this center.
