Regina is great! If you suspect you could use some therapy, I would definitely recommend trying her out for a couple sessions to see if she is a fit for you. She listens, holds me accountable, can decipher my long winded stories and cut to the meat of what's behind them. Our work together has inspired me to get out of my comfort zone - which has opened up new opportunities. And she gives little exercises I can do on my own time if I get spun up about something. If you're reading reviews of therapists then you're halfway there already - go ahead and give her - or whoever! - a call. Just find your therapist!

Regina Martin saved my life. Before seeing Regina I had been struggling with addiction for multiple years , and multiple mental issues I couldn’t name, much less handle. My life was a complicated mess. Regina took me in an made me feel validated, safe, and understood. Regina was able to help me find the root of my issues and give me coping skills to help me overcome them, and break the cycle I had been living in for years. Before meeting Regina I was lost, with her help I got into a doctor that was able
to diagnose my mental illnesses and finally give me
answers. When finding a medication was hard, Regina encouraged me not to give up, and helped me find a resource where I could receive special testing to find the right medication for my anxiety, and MDD. When I met Regina I was broken. Today because of her, I am sober, happy, and on the right medication for me. I now feel that I am free from the struggles that plagued my life for so long. A google review isn’t enough to express what this wonderful, intelligent, and loving and woman has done for my life. Thank you Regina for what you have done for me and so many others. If you are searching for a life coach to help you through life’s ups and downs, I couldn’t recommend anyone but Regina Martin!!

I have waited a while to post this and I don’t even know why.
I can, without a doubt in my mind, say that Regina Martin SAVED MYLIFE.
When I came to her I was incredibly suicidal and I was convinced no one could help me. I have never been satisfied with therapy I received in the past and thought seeing her would be no different.
I was so wrong.
I’m not going to sit here and say Regina is a passive woman that will coddle you and listen without feedback. That is not her at all.
The reason I continue to have so much success with her treatment is that she has never been afraid to tell me what I need to hear. (Not what I WANT to hear... there’s a difference.)
She has given me strategies to stave off anxiety attacks, helped me find a great doctor for med checks, and just all around cares.
I would recommend her to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, feelings of low self-worth... and I have. And she has helped them as well.

Regina is fantastic. Honestly, if you're really wanting someone down to Earth and who is extremely helpful, then I would suggest giving Regina several sessions to see what you think. Let me put it this way, I'm nowhere near to Regina's centralized location and I go out of my way to make sure I see her. I wouldn't give her 5/5 stars, as she deserves 10/5...that's right, she's that great.
