Torie helped me through a difficult time when I didn't feel like I needed therapy but rather an advisor and coach to help me balance my life better and acknowledge my own needs. I would never have thought that I could prioritize myself while actually helping my children feel more loved and attended to - I always thought I had to choose one or the other.

Torie's wisdom and insight into my struggles as a fellow working mom and her experience with children as a teacher as well as her deep knowledge of coaching techniques is an incredible combination. I highly recommend that any mom who is feeling overwhelmed talk to Torie.

Torie is the absolute best! When I first contacted Torie for our initial call I was overwhelmed and dissempowered, trying (and failing) to balance it all, and knew I needed to urgently change -but had no idea where to start. Immediately Torie was able to truly hone in to the areas that I needed to work on (when I was too overwhelmed to recognize them), and helped me find tools and strategies that truly helped me overcome unhealthy patterns and refocus my perspective. I looked forward to our weekly calls- they were a lifeline. We worked through challenges I was facing as a mother, in my relationships, and even as a leader. I love that coaching with Torie is not about complaining or dumping negative emotions, it is about refraiming, strategies, action, and personal growth. I recommend Torie to all overwhelmed mom's (and women in general!) who know they need a change, but need help moving forward to thrive.
