It's taken me quite a while to find the right therapist and company to trust with my mental health. LifeStance matched me with the perfect therapist for me. I definitely feel I'm getting what I need from my talk therapy. I've had no issues with insurance either. There are many local office locations; but they also offer online remote video visits, which are super convenient for me.

I've had 2 female therapists with LifeStance (1 before the name change and 1 after) and both have been phenomenal and exactly what I needed during this season of life. I was looking for people experienced in doing EMDR trauma therapy as well as a couple other things and I've always felt I was cared for and treated like a human being. I highly recommend them.

I had an appointment this morning, when I showed up to the office at 8am (when they’re supposed to be open), no one was there. When I called I was told my appointment was canceled without my knowledge even after I received the confirmation text. Extremely disappointing.
