Ma. Alejandra came into my life when I needed her the most. My mother had recently passed away and, needless to say, I was struggling with grief. I was also blaming myself for not having done more to help my mother. I joined a free webinar that Ma. Alejandra offered, and I felt - and knew - that she had a gift, and that I wanted her to help me navigate through all the emotions that encompass grief. From my very first session with Macy, as I call her, she helped me see beyond what was in front of me and what I was feeling. She guided me through every stage of the grieving process and, along the way, I started to learn about myself, the beliefs that are passed down from generation to generation, and how we can break out of them, embrace them or make adjustments. Macy helped me see that every emotion I was feeling was valid, and she helped me dig deep inside, go back to my childhood and connect with my inner child (our formative years play a significant role in who become as adults. Macy has been my grief coach for nearly two years, and while I have a lot to work on, I would not do this with anyone else because she deeply cares about her clients. Macy’s life purpose is to help others, and I will be eternally grateful for continuing to guide me through the grief healing process and life.
