Ms. Laverne Was Very Sweet & Genuine When It Came To Me Explaining Information About My Daughter. Very much Understood and Was Able to acknowledge & give Me With Clues And Ways That They Are Able To Help. The Two Ladies At The Front Desk Were Very Nice And Professional. Very Clean Environment .

Great place, I did not have to wait, the woman up front in scheduling she was very flexible with me regarding scheduling appointments , the therapist at intake was detailed with the questions, I also like the fact that the meetings are virtual. My son is a 15 year old male and he liked how nice the people are there. My son loves his new therapist

Dr. Gozal is amazing! I came in for the first time in January and she was very thorough and helped me with my concerns. She communicated very clear what we would do moving forward and then followed up with me which was done remotely. I am very satisfied with her. Thank You

Everytime (i) walk into multilingual, despite how I maybe feeling, there's Ms. Collymore, always a smile & that greeting that makes you forget your problems but helps you face/prepare to be seen by your doctor etc. Any issue(s), she has the response or will get it for you.. shock to even see that she takes your vitals to, so it keeps you calm knowing your in good hands continuously!
It make you want to copy her demeanour & k ow you face whatever etc. Please keep up the GREAT WORK Ms. Collymore, PLEASE!

My two young children attend this center and have Dr. Jacobson who is very professional and treats us very well, gives us the best advice and explains things very well. He treats us with respect and affection. The girls are very kind. We have been coming to this center for many years and I am very satisfied with them and the service.
