My experience with this office has always been pleasant and kind. Staff has always treated me kind and respectful. Very punctual and I love my doctor. Very helpful and informative. Takes the time to explain things to you and you leave there assured that you are well taken care. Highly recommended!

Hello everyone, my name is Darlene Tisdale. I want you to know that I gave this Orthopedic establishment a rating of 100 Stars!!! Because I arrived at there office with an appointment, but it was an emergency appointment to me, and that's how my doctor and his staff treated it. My pain level was a 20 and I was trying not to let them see me crying, but that didn't work and I stopped caring if they saw me or not, that was how bad the pain was! They quickly gave me an examination and made a determination of what I needed right away that would stop my pain quickly. After two injections, in 5 minutes the pain was gone! Then they saw me crying happy tears 😭 there was NO MORE PAIN!!!! This was my first visit as a new patient preferred by my primary care physician. I would love to give you my new doctor's name and office location, but I'm not sure that I should do that so I'm not going to. I'm not trying to get into any trouble. I'm sure that this establishment has a way to get this information out to the public. But I'm extremely happy that I could give you this information. I felt like I gave a commercial!! 🥰Bye, extremely happy!

All of the staff were friendly, understanding, and helpful. I was treated by Maureen, who was amazing. Gentle and compassionate, she made sure to not only treat my injury with care and sensitivity, but also made me feel heard (so rare these days, unfortunately). Upbeat and reassuring, a ton of providers could learn a lot from Maureen about how to treat patients as a person, rather than just as an injury or illness.

I am Iris Bonaparte, a Substitute Teacher with Baltimore County Public Schools. I feel greatly honored writing to express my heartfelt gratitude and deep appreciation to my incredible Occupational Therapist, Karen James, OTR/L at The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics, OrthoMaryland - Baltimore.
On September 12, 2024, I accidentally tripped over my feet, took a fall, and badly fractured my left wrist while on assignment. I had surgery to fix it and I am currently undergoing occupational therapy to attain full recovery.
I am very grateful for her incredible patience, outstanding support, and effective guidance through my ongoing occupational therapy journey to make my experience a remarkable one.
Her warm greeting coupled with her bright, beautiful smile made me feel special and very welcome, her great listening ears, positive attitude, wise counsel and wonderful care is very impressive and highly appreciated.
Without her expertise, dedication and commitment I would not be in the awesome place I find myself in today. I am now able to do a lot more by myself with my left hand than I used to do before I started therapy.
I am truly fortunate and very happy to have met her. I greatly appreciate her time and hard work. I cannot thank her enough for her exceptional effort of going above and beyond. She is an invaluable gem! She is a Champion! Thank you.

I had my first appointment today. Initially met with Nicole Shinsky, PA. She was very thorough. Took her time, asking questions to ensure she could diagnose my issue. At the end of my visit she asked me if I had any questions. She recommended physical therapy, which I agreed to. Since there was an opening I then met with Steven Shinsky, physical therapist.
Steven was great. Carefully reviewed my symptoms to ensure he had the best plan for my therapy. Explained each step in my treatment and most important explained the type of results I should see from his planned treatment. Gave me a few exercises I could do on my own and ensured I knew how to do each exercise. Left my first session feeling optimistic his planned treatment would work for me.
This place is great. I was a walk-in (no appointment). Only waited a few minutes to be seen by Nicole and was able to immediately start physical therapy with Steven. I highly recommend The Centers for Advanced Orthopedics.

Dr. Jacobs and his staff were top notch! No long wait. He fit me in even though I was late! I'm never late for my appointments but this day I was moving a little slow. From the front desk to the X-ray tech, everyone was pleasantly welcoming. When I left I told them to keep smiling and providing excellent service!!! Thank you Dr. Jacobs and staff!!!

My experience with Dr. Waldman and his staff was excellent. Their process is efficient and very well optimized. I saw two professionals before meeting with Dr. Waldman and they were both helpful and knowledgeable. This saved me from the tedious task of filling out extensive paperwork in advance of my appointment.
Dr. Waldman was compassionate, informative, patient and reassuring. He explained everything thoroughly and reviewed my x-ray images with me to support his recommendation that I go forward with a custom anterior hip replacement. I feel very confident that choosing him as my surgeon will yield a successful outcome.
