They will lie about your membership and ability to cancel. When I first signed up, the gentleman at the front desk who is also a trainer said I would be able to cancel over the phone even when I explicitly told him that I could be going overseas on a short notice and would not be able to come in and cancel in person. Also, when I called the facility to express my desire to cancel, the dude gave me an attitude right away, lying through his teeth saying that even if I were to go to Venezuela I would still be able to mail in a copy of my drivers license, saying that he has been to Venezuela many times, which is an absolute lie since no foreigners where allowed for the longest time until recently. He clearly doesn’t know how a Dictatorship works, specially one that has no diplomatic relations with the US. This is NOT how you treat a customer, it was a very poor display of professionalism and a bad representation of Title Boxing Club as a company. I do not recommend coming to this place. The trainers also do not teach you how to properly hit the sand bags either. Out of all the branches I’ve been to, this one has been the worst managed.

Yes I came in TODAY because I am leaving the country on the 2nd and I LIVE 45 minutes away from the facility REASON WHY I asked the trainer who signed me up if I could cancel over the phone so as to not have to literally travel to come to this awful place. When asked the gentlemen on the phone when he had been to Venezuela since it’s a dictatorship he could not give me an answer and only resorting to “I know it’s a dictatorship as I tried to keep up with world events”. I do not believe he has been to the country as I should not have believed him when he said I could cancel over the phone either. Lack of integrity is an understatement.

The coaches do an excellent job making and shaping the environment to feel safe, comfortable and fun, all while actually providing real instruction. I feel like I am learning and now bring my kids and friends. The people there make the enviroment even more enjoyable. No one is judgemental. Everyone sweats the same. Highly recommend!

TITLE Boxing ? has been amazing for finding out who you really are deep down. In the first session, you will be pushed to your limits. They don’t test you, you test yourself. Will you break, or will you fight through the rounds? Will you come back? Every workout is as intense as the first. The more I went, the easier it was on my body. Like anything, the more you work at it, the better you will feel. Your movements will be more fluid. Your form slowly developing. You will start feeling good about the commitment you just made. If you stick with the program, you will not regret it. Come test your limits.

TITLE Boxing Club Fishhawk deserves ZERO stars. This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They trap you in a membership and make it nearly impossible to cancel, even if you’ve moved out of state! They refuse to take cancellations over the phone, by text, or even by email—forcing you to keep paying for something you can’t use.

Their customer service? Absolutely appalling. The staff is rude, condescending, and makes you feel like garbage. It’s almost like they enjoy degrading their members. I regret the day I ever walked into this club. This place is a disgrace to the fitness industry and a nightmare for anyone who values respect and decent service. Run, don’t walk, away from TITLE Boxing Club Fishhawk. You’ve been warned—this place is the definition of horrible. Save your money and sanity!

Update::::: Thank you for your response. I am surprised to learn that there is a cancellation form available, as I was not informed of this option previously. My recent efforts to cancel my membership included multiple attempts to reach out by phone and email, none of which mentioned a cancellation form. It’s only now, after submitting a review, that this form has been brought to my attention.

Please send the cancellation form directly to my email at your earliest convenience. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, as I’ve been trying to address this issue for some time.

Once again, I am requesting the elusive cancellation form that, despite my repeated requests, has yet to be provided. I’ve even scoured your website, and unsurprisingly, there’s no trace of it there either. It’s ironic that a company so diligent in charging its members fails to offer the basic decency of providing the means to cancel.

Please email me this form immediately so I can finalize my disassociation from such a dishonest and horrible company. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I’m asking you to finally resolve it—send the form.

Yet again, I am requesting the elusive cancellation form that has conveniently been withheld despite my repeated, polite requests. I have scoured your website and, predictably, found no such form. It’s remarkable how a company so relentless in billing its members fails to uphold even basic honesty when asked to end an unwanted service.

Furthermore, I’m aware of false claims made suggesting I owe money, which seems like an attempt to slander my name. I’m asking one last time: send me the cancellation form by email so I can officially end my association with this dishonest and horrible company. Let’s resolve this now—just send the form.

Great place to get a workout in. Family friendly. This is boxing for fitness, so there’s no sparring, they’re not trying to sponsor someone from the golden gloves. Simple, straightforward and clear fitness coaching.

Greatest place for boxing and working on your fundamentals. Really amazing and just so many opportunities to get better and learn and take your game to the next level. Whether using it for cardio or becoming pro they have it all. 10/10 recommended.
