We have been going to Turning Pointe of Melbourne for the past 5 years. Miss Lin is fully invested in the development and growth of each of her students not only as dancers but as good human beings. The teachers at TPOM are all amazing dance instructors and along with Miss Lin provide a safe, nurturing, and creative space for kids to learn all genres of dance. Miss Lin and the teachers have created a wonderful dance family. My daughter has thrived and loves going to her dance classes each week. She loves being with her dance friends and improving her dance techniques. I can't say enough great things about Turning Pointe of Melbourne! It is a top-notch studio!

Turning Pointe of Melbourne has been a second home to both my girls for the last 10 years. The school is the perfect combination of fun, learning and confidence building. I have seen my children blossom there under the direction of a wonderful and talented staff.

Ms.Lin, the school’s owner and director treats everyone as family and ensures each dance class experience is positive, safe and educational. That being said, the students also learn responsibility, independence and accountability.

Since joining the Competition Dance Team two years ago my children have been able to learn about sportsmanship and teamwork. Parents and students are expected to be respectful and represent the school in the best light possible.

I will give this place 0 star if I could. They won’t let you watch your daughter dance just the last Thursday’s of the month or something like that. The studio is very small and smells bad. The actual teacher doesn’t teach the little one just the teenager apprentices. The worst part is that on the day of the recital, she made all the little ones stay behind stage for 3 hours, putting the children who are least able to be patient, to perform last at 11pm! When my husband and I tried to confirm, the teacher insisted we signed a contract that made the 5 year olds to wait for 3 hours in a cold area, including children with special needs. With such terrible consideration of the children’s needs, we left and will not return. I will not recommend this studio for small childrens.

This dance studio is top notch! My daughter has been attending this studio since she was four years old. The teachers are amazing and foster a creative environment for kids to learn the art of dance. Information is clearly laid out well in advance, so you always know what to expect. The studio owner is very professional and helps instill the importance of following rules, being kind, and having fun while learning how to dance.
