I've worked with Antonia for 3 months. I knew I was looking for something a bit more flexible than standard therapy and Antonia's life coaching fitted the bill perfectly. Antonia helped me to develop life goals, removed many of the blocks in the way of achieving these goals and help me set achievable action plans each week to move me forward.

She also helped me to understand my personality in much greater depth. She's empathic and very adept at challenging me at all the right moments. Highly recommended to anyone who feels stuck, unmotivated and needs clarity in their lives. One of the best decisions I ever made.
