My fiancé had his first session with Nina. Before he got off the virtual session she scheduled ongoing sessions with him. They were going to be on Fridays every week. His next session came and Nina let him know she had something come up so she had to cancel. Fast forward to what would have been his third session and she cancelled again on him. I can understand having to cancel a scheduled appointment, but two weeks in a row shows you are not interested in helping, when yet during the initial meeting you put so much hope and relief into someone who is struggling and you promising you will help him get better. Don't make promises you can't keep. As a professional in your line of work, you have to understand it takes a lot for an individual to have the courage to not only seek help but follow through with making a appointment. Would give zero stars if I could.

Met with Shannan for initial consult / med eval. I’ve been at this mental health care thing for a while, so I wasn’t really expecting to learn much new info. Boy, was I surprised! A few days and a couple simple, minor adjustments later… I feel closer to operating at full capacity than I have in well over a year! ?
